We sincerely recommend (and have recommended) Mike to anyone selling or buying a home. We met Mike when we were selling our home in 2003. At the time we met him, we were thinking about going the “for sale by owner” route. However, after meeting Mike, we were so impressed by his professionalism that we decided to sign with him right away.
Mike is efficient and very knowledgeable about the housing market. He was able to sell our home quickly and for a price we wanted. I am not sure Mike would admit this, but we were probably one of his most demanding and/or annoying clients. He, however, made us feel like we were his most important clients. He also was always available and returned our calls within the same day, usually within the same hour.
If we ever decide to move again, there is no question that Mike will be our man.
