Mike Hrezo | Team Leader
After graduating from San Diego State University with a degree in Economics, I spent several years in the corporate industry. I started my real estate career in 1996 and have been one of Santa Clarita’s top producing agents since then. In my over 22 years in real estate, I have been blessed to help over 1,500 families and received multiple awards within my company. But the truth is that it isn’t about how many people I help or what awards I achieve. For me, the most important thing is that at the end of every transaction my clients can honestly say they enjoyed working with me and that they would recommend me to anyone they meet. That’s why I’m proud of the fact that over 70% of my business comes from past clients.
Eric White | Listing & Buyer Specialist
Having grown up and lived in Santa Clarita for over 35 years, I have seen our wonderful valley go through many changes. After graduating from Canyon High School in 1999, I enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. I served 8 years getting Honorably Discharged in 2007 with a 6-month deployment to Iraq in 2003. After getting out of the Marines I started my real estate career in 2008. One of the many things I learned in the Marines is to approach every situation with Honor, Courage & Commitment. Those are my core values and I treat every client with those in mind. Being a real estate agent is a 24/7 job. It’s one that Mike and I take very seriously, which is why we meet daily to make sure we are taking care of our clients needs each and every day. My job is to find out what your goals are and to help you achieve those goals no matter what.
Born and raised in the Santa Clarita. I am a local expert on the area. I have lived in almost every city in this valley which gives me extensive knowlege of the pros and cons of each area. I am the mother of 3 very active children and am very familiar with each school district. My husband is a teacher at one of the local high schools and we are very cemented here. Since my children are heavily involved in sports, I can relate to clients that are focused on that as well. Schools are very important to most that are purchasing a home here in Santa Clarita and its important that I am able to give my knowledge freely to my clients. My father was in real estate as well as my brother so it runs in my blood. The process is natural to me. I find that I transition my clients very quickly into friends. It’s easy for me to connect with them and one of my strengths is being able to tell what they want very quickly. I work hard to keep my clients at ease during this very stressful time and will negotiate strongly for the benefit of my clients.
